  I called the shop to find out what file type (i.e. psd or jpg) and what resolution (dpi) I should have the graphics in to get t-shirts printed. The girl on the phone told me to email the question as she does not do graphics and has to ask her boss. I went to the store hoping to talk to someone to find that she is the only person working there. She could not answer my questions and again told me to email them. Her attitude was bad and she is very lazy. She was not willing to take down my phone number even to have someone call me to talk to. She said her boss who owns this place has another day job and if I email she will forward my questions to him. What a way to do business. Needless to say I found another silk screen printer (in Port St. John) who was able to answer simple questions on the graphics and printing over the phone and immediately responsive by email (without having to forward anything) :)
