He refused to release results to us on the positive check for bedbug infestions even with it posong a huge public health risk. I would not use them.

I find this to be unprofessional, with the presumption that he had no good excuse for not showing up, let alone not returning my call. Better call another pest control service. I will also inform the HoA in my condo complex who for some reason recommended them. I should have looked at the bad reviews on here first.
